Hi there! I'm Linh and I'm a UX/UI designer with a passion designing for social good.
What do I do?
With 2 years of experience in customer service, I have developed a mindset to put people first. I have always wanted to explore how to improve customers' and users' experience, whether with my personality or through my design.
I'm currently pursuing a master's degree in Human Factors in Information Design at Bentley University!
When I’m not designing or busy with school/work, you can find me perfecting my cooking skills, creating 3D art or playing with my 4 cats.
